AT OXFORD BUS MUSEUM

Free Heritage Bus Rides operate on the first and third Sundays from April until September inclusive.

             All events and bus rides are subject to last-minute changes.

September 2025

🚌 Saturday 13th September - OXFORD OPEN DOORS - BONN SQUARE - OXFORD

A static heritage bus will be stationed in Bonn Square, Oxford, all day, providing information about the Oxford Bus Museum and the history of Oxford’s Buses

Oxford Bus Museum will be running a FREE HERITAGE BUS SERVICE in Oxford for OXFORD OPEN DOORS

🚌 Sunday 14th September - We are expecting a visit to the museum from some classic Hillman Imp cars. They will be on show at the museum, so why not come along and talk to the owners about these classic cars.

🎃 Sunday 26th October - HALLOW-E'EN & Free Heritage Bus Rides during the day, and a display of live Owls

🎃 Wednesday 29th October - HALLOW-E'EN & Free Heritage Bus Rides during the day, and a display of live Owls + The Nightrider Halloween Bus in the evening.

This is one of our favourite yearly events at the museum. See a display of live owls and hold one for a small extra fee; it's truly magical. We will have free heritage bus rides throughout the day and will also have the Nightrider Halloween bus rides on Wednesday 29th in the evening. Fancy dress is encouraged for all our Halloween events, so get ready for a spooktacular time.
